Our AV engineers review all technical details to provide a precise estimate. This covers deployment time, logistics, professional labeling, and dedicated project management tailored to complex integrated audio visual solutions.

Approval & Onboarding
Once confirmed with a PO, we assign a Project Manager as your single point of contact and allocate specialized AV technicians. We handle all compliance, background checks, and specific safety training (OSHA 10/30) for our field team at no cost.

Execution
We coordinate all specialized materials, tools, and documentation for the commercial AV installation. Our lead technicians carry spare inventory (connectors, adapters, cabling), and our PM provides daily updates to keep all stakeholders aligned during the build-out.

Handoff
After completing the AV integration and Fluke testing all cable runs, we perform a final system commissioning. We submit documentation and invoices only after quality is verified. Any additional work is handled via change orders, ensuring a transparent, high-quality delivery.
