The solution involved a comprehensive AV upgrade built around the Q-SYS AV over IP ecosystem. This included replacing the main displays with new Samsung 85” LED displays, upgrading the projection system, and enhancing the audio setup with a Bose PowerShare amplifier and Shure MicroFlex wireless microphones. The system allows for flexible video feeds and easy control, facilitating both large events and smaller gatherings.

 

Site Survey & Planning

A detailed site survey was conducted to assess existing infrastructure, identify optimal equipment placement, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Input from center staff helped to tailor the solution to meet specific needs and usage scenarios.

  • Control System: Q-SYS Core DSP and 10” touch panel for user-friendly operation.
  • Conferencing: Q-SYS PTZ Camera for video calls, ensuring high-quality video integration.

The upgrade significantly improved audiovisual capabilities, allowing for clearer audio reinforcement and high-quality video presentations. The system’s flexibility supports various programming formats, enhancing member engagement and participation.
