The company formed as a result of the pandemic – to provide AV technicians with an outlet for employment and to provide AV integrators with flexible staff options. We pride ourselves on delivering quality, professional and economical service and support.
Our technicians’ partner with your internal team every step of the way to ensure your project is completed successfully, on time and within budget. We encourage both teams to participate in initial foreman preplanning meetings, so all sides agree in advance on an efficient and transparent integration process. From rack prefabrication to onsite wire-pulling and integration, to Day 2 service and support, our team is ready and available.
Shipping and receiving equipment to a job site can be cumbersome, costly and a time suck. Warehousing, drop shipping, reworking and repackaging requires additional coordination that can be challenging. WeInstall.IT offers space and logistics services to provide that additional peace-of-mind for in- and-out-of-state customers.
We offer flexible, tailored service and support – in-person or over the phone. Services include service/support calls, implementing customer ticketing systems for faster response, and supplying the manpower to resolve any outstanding issues.
