- Customer’s Challenge: Our customer, One Diversified, approached us with a project to upgrade 155 video conferencing rooms in three buildings located in San Francisco, CA. This project was necessitated by the recent acquisition of a company by the end customer, requiring the alignment of existing facilities with their technology standards.
- Pandemic-Related Challenges: The project took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, which introduced a unique set of challenges. Stringent site access restrictions and thorough onboarding processes were in place, along with the need to adhere to COVID-19 personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
