The project involved upgrading the audiovisual systems across 97 diverse spaces within a large corporate facility in Irvine, CA. The rooms ranged from simple setups requiring only a display with a TX/RX and HDMI connection to more complex spaces that demanded comprehensive AV solutions. With a go-live date of September 24, 2024, the project required fast and efficient room surveying, installation, and commissioning while maintaining consistent reporting on the status and any action items requiring hardware replacements.

Additionally, quick response times for issues, along with the generation of actionable reports, were critical to ensure the success of the project.

Solution

The team executed a comprehensive AV deployment strategy, involving:

• Room Surveying & Documentation: Each of the 97 spaces underwent a thorough site survey, capturing full room images to provide visual references for remote understanding and future troubleshooting. This ensured anyone reviewing the images could gain an accurate sense of the room layout and configuration.
• Installation: For simpler rooms, we installed displays with TX/RX and HDMI connections to support straightforward content sharing. More complex rooms were equipped with fully integrated AV systems, enabling seamless communication and presentations.
