We are looking for a part-time Marketing Lead. Our need is to find a person that will provide business management knowledge to our day-to-day business activities. As growth is upon us, we need someone who is up to the challenge of taking ownership of making our brand meet our growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Marketing and Business Development responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s Marketing Department by helping us market to 3 audiences: The customers, our employees, and potential employees.


  • Coordinate regional multi-faceted marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Assist in the execution of an integrated marketing communications strategy and campaigns.
  • Creation and publication of marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Implement regionalized promotional campaigns.
  • Manage, improve, and report on lead generation campaigns along with measuring results.
  • Create high-value interactions between We Install IT, its customers/prospects, and partners.
  • Project Manage the delivery of effective marketing communications through a combination of specific campaigns, leveraging paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Deliver against goals and KPIs that are aligned with We Install IT’s Objectives and Key Results.
  • Collaborate with and build our agency partners and third-party landscape e.g. media publishers, and content creators.
  • Support the development of media and content plans and actively manage their implementation.
  • Support the creative development process and manage the delivery of creative assets.
  • Monitor paid, owned, and earned plans across campaigns.
  • Support the team in reporting on data, learnings, and ROI analysis.
  • Perform customer/market research and demographic profiling to identify and capitalize on unmet market needs ahead of the curve.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns. This includes the sorting of audiences, the design of email, and reporting.
  • Assist with developing email campaigns, press releases, webinars, and any other distribution channels
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with key business strategies 
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with teams for new ideas and strategies
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
  • Assist with the design, content, and production of marketing materials including presentations, datasheets, and proposals.
  • Assist with the development of case studies, white papers, videos, and blog posts

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Must be fluent in English, 
  • Experience with Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, Marketing Research, Reporting
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Ability to multitask and monitor several projects and accounts on a daily basis
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Goal-orientated and a natural troubleshooter.
  • Self-motivated, creative, able to navigate a fast-paced start-up environment, ambitious, and a can-do attitude.
