Description of the Project:
The AV installation project at the Menlo Park site encompassed a multi-phase deployment of
AV workstations and meeting spaces across two buildings (125 and 135), spread over
multiple floors. The timeline included equipment delivery on March 7, 2025, with project
completion scheduled for March 28, 2025.
Pre-Visit Activities:
Initial planning and cabling were scheduled prior to the March installation window. These
activities ensured proper infrastructure was in place for equipment mounting and integration,
minimizing delays during the main installation phase. Key activities included:
- Site walks and space verification
- Coordination with SnowFlake’s IT and facilities team
- Equipment inventory and staging logistics
Install Visit (March Timeframe):
Installation was conducted across several priority areas, including open workspaces and
meeting rooms.
A total of 1,616 new AV workstations were installed, with an additional 487 workstations
transported and reinstalled from SnowFlake’s San Francisco office — resulting in 2,103 fully
equipped AV workstations across the Menlo Park campus.
Deployment was distributed as follows:
- Building 125: Floors 2, 4, 6, 8
- Building 135: Floors 2, 3, 4, 6, 7
Each workstation was outfitted with:
- Single monitor configurations
- Cable management
- Full USB-C connectivity
